The Pocket Foundation Mission Statement

The Pocket Foundation was established in loving memory of Cole Larson. Our mission is to continue the love and compassion Cole had for other children by providing them with the means necessary to gainfully experience life’s daily adventures. The Pocket Foundation will accomplish this through searching out children who do not have the basic financial, emotional, or spiritual support necessary to experience the wonders of childhood and adolescence.

Donate To Have Your Child Spotlighted

If you have experienced the loss of a beautiful child and would like to have your child remembered on our memory wall and featured on our website, please make a donation of $50 or more through the Paypal link on our website. Send us a photo (900 pixels x 450 pixels) and a short tribute including your child's name and your contact information to thepocketfoundation@gmail.com. We will inform you when your child has been added to our memory wall and when they will be featured on our website. Our hearts go out to you for your loss.

To have your child on the memory wall only, any donation amount is accepted.

Donations go to help other children in need.

A Call to Artists

The Pocket Foundation is hosting a 24-hour art competition in Salt Lake City. Artists are invited to sign-up to participate in the competition or, in the event that you do not want to compete, to donate an original piece of art to be auctioned off at an art galla following the competition. Artists will receive a portion of the sale of their piece and the rest will be donated to The Pocket Foundation to be used to provide less fortunate children with new coats and shoes. There are many ways that you can donate to The Pocket Foundation and help fill kids pockets full of "change". We accept money donations, donations of new children's coats, shoes, and clothing. New or gently used children's books or youth literature and new school supplies are greatly appreciated. This year we are expanding our giving by introducing birthday and christmas wish fulfillment opportunities. You will have the opportunity to be paired with a child in need and provide a gift that will help bring them joy and increase hope in their lives.
